Certification
The Cherwell Certification Program allows for the recognition of skills, knowledge and empowerment earned by our customers, partners and employees through completed learning paths and satisfactory skill and knowledge assessments. Our Partner-facing certifications allow our Partners to provide services on behalf of Cherwell. Our Customer and Employee-facing certifications allow our customers and employees to showcase their Cherwell skills and knowledge.
The program will be augmented by additional certifications throughout the coming years.
Cherwell Certified Professional Engineer Associate
The Cherwell Certified Professional Engineer Associate (CCPEA) learning path is comprised of content that will cover all the necessary required skills for an individual to become efficient in nominal Cherwell Service Management usage. These skills obtained through this path include: installation, implementation, integration and administration.
This credential is for a professional who will provide Tier 1 & 2 Support for customers using Cherwell Software.
